Account Deletion
If you want to delete your Revo account and all associated data, you can do so from your account settings:
- Log in to your Revo account.
- Navigate to Workspace Settings > Account.
- Click on the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your deletion. Your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Removing Third-Party App Data (Meta / Facebook / Instagram)
Revo acts as a Meta App to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts for automation. To completely remove Revo's access and delete the associated data we hold for those platforms:
Option 1: Remove via Revo
- Log in to Revo and go to the AI Social Media page.
- Under Connection Status, click "Disconnect" or follow the prompt to remove the integration.
- This will delete your stored access tokens and associated page data from Revo's database immediately.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook
You can revoke our app's access directly from your Facebook settings. This ensures Revo no longer has any access to your account:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Find Revo in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove and confirm.
- All data associated with your Facebook integration on Revo's side will become inactive and will be purged in our routine compliance sweeps.
